SONYA'S GARDEN in Tagaytay

We went to Alfonso, Cavite for a night where we stayed at a friend's house ( actually bf of one of my friend, Tin)..sorry for mentioning Tin though. A very generous  host where he treated us for a sumptuous dinner in Leslie's ( a famous bulalohan in Tagaytay ). Then, we had a short drinking and videoke session. We all decided to rest our bodies for tomorrow's activities.

We woke up at around 7am and we were served with a hearty breakfast ( fried rice, longganisa, hotdog, egg, coffee ). It will be a long day for all of us so we have to make ourselves full. From Pao's place ( he did not join us because he has a business to attend to) we took a bus then we were directed to aboard in junction ( there's an arch there that will serve as a landmark). From there we decided to take a tricycle. Kuya charged us P50.00 going to Sonya's Garden. It took us at least 15- 20 minutes from the national highway.

As you enter here, you can see here cars parked. We lost our way where to go. We just followed the pavement made up of bricks. You will really be close to nature. You will see different plants and flowers. We really enjoyed taking pictures.As we keep going, as if we are entering a forest with plants clinging on.

Sonya's Garden is famous for its organic foods. You can also try its spa (we didn't try any) cause of tight budget. It has a bakery which opens at 11am, we were disappointed because we were not able to try their bread so we just bought peanut butter ( P130.00 )  and banana chips. They also have a souvenir shops which you can buy many novelty items. They also have organic soaps and oil ( for massage).

If you wanted to have a garden wedding, I recommend this place!!Actually, this is  a bed and breakfast!!It is nice imagining to wake up on this beautiful haven..

Next time I'll be here, I'm gonna stay overnight!! 

You can do this as a side trip whenever you are in Tagaytay or better yet you ca stay for a night. You just have to make an early reservation specially during peak season or holidays. It is just 20 -30 minutes awayfrom the Tagaytay junction. The place is not along the high way. You have to take a tricycle going there.
